Empower Generations Consortium (EGC):
This is a joint collaboration between QPHI and Qatar University under the Empower Generation Consortium for National Capacities in Life Sciences. The partnership aims to exchange knowledge and expertise to support the development of life sciences education. It also focuses on student engagement and practical application, while raising awareness of national capacities through the project.
Empower Generations Consortium (EGC) aims to enhance the conceptual development of life sciences and provide youth with fulfilling career opportunities, helping them engage with society, build confidence, and improve skills through structured educational frameworks.
QPHI is a groundbreaking population-based initiative designed to establish Qatar as a global leader in precision medicine. Through the integration of whole genome sequencing with other omics data and comprehensive phenotypic information, the project is building extensive databases that empower researchers to lead breakthrough discoveries.
Genomics and Precision Medicine Program (GPM):
With the collaboration of QPHI and Qatar University, the Genomics and Precision Medicine program aims to enhance student participation in Life Sciences. Aligned with Qatar’s 2030 vision, the program fosters scientific innovation and supports advancements in healthcare, education, and careers in Qatar.
