Dr. Radja Messai Badji 
Translational Genomics Manager - Qatar Precision Health Institute (QPHI) 
Dr. Radja Badji is the translational Genomics Manager at Qatar Precision Health Institute, where she leads efforts to integrate genomic discoveries into clinical and public health practice. With over fifteen years of international experience in biomedical informatics and translational research, she has collaborated extensively across healthcare and research institutions to advance precision medicine. Dr. Badji holds a Ph.D. and a master’s in clinical informatics from the University of Joseph Fourier in France, a master’s in public health from Lille University, and a degree in Computer Engineering from Algeria. Since joining the Qatar Genome Program in 2017, she has played a central role in developing national frameworks for genomic data integration, translational products, and precision health initiatives.
