| Dr. Mohammed Muneer Elnoor, MD, MHPE, EMDM, MRCSI, is a consultant in plastic, hand, and reconstructive surgery and serves as the Head of the Hand Surgery Department at Hamad Medical Corporation, Doha, Qatar. |
| He completed advanced training in plastic surgery and a fellowship in hand and microsurgery at the Christine M. Kleinert Institute in Louisville, USA. Dr. Elnoor also holds a Master of Clinical Research from Dresden International University, a European Master in Disaster Medicine from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, a Master of Health Professions Education from Maastricht University, and a Certificate in the Principles and Practice of Clinical Research from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. |
