Dr. Gabriela Rosa
Clinical Research Director / Director of Operations The Rosa Institute, Sydney, Australia

Gabriela Rosa is a clinician-scientist and a Harvard Doctor of Public Health candidate whose work bridges the fields of reproductive medicine and public health. She is the founder and director of The Rosa Institute, a clinical and research center dedicated to advancing reproductive outcomes through integrative, evidence-based care.
Over the past two decades, she has led one of the world’s most comprehensive fertility programs, applying systems-medicine and precision diagnostic approaches that integrate reproductive, metabolic, and biochemical evaluation to identify and address the root causes of infertility. Her team’s work has demonstrated a 78.8 percent live-birth rate in peer-reviewed analysis among couples previously advised that conception was unlikely. Building on this clinical foundation, she transitioned into research to develop and test scalable, psychologically informed interventions for improving reproductive outcomes.
A graduate of the Principles and Practice of Clinical Research (PPCR) program and the Harvard Master of Public Health (Clinical Effectiveness) stream, Gabriela is currently leading the INSPIRE randomized controlled trial at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health as part of her doctoral research. This study evaluates expressive writing as a low-cost intervention for infertility-related psychological distress. Her work integrates clinical insight with rigorous trial methodology and translational relevance, linking patient-centered care with population-level strategies to advance reproductive health research.
Gabriela’s combined expertise in clinical practice, data-driven program design, and translational research positions her to speak on both the practical implementation of integrative fertility care and the methodological evolution from clinic to clinical trial.
